At Sendegaro, we work very closely with our partners, distributors and luxury brands to bring you luxury designer fashion at affordable prices. 

We stride to ensure that all of our distributors are verified and have the correct distributors license with legal documentation that showcases 100% authenticity.

As well as working with brands directly, we are continuing to add more luxury brands as asked by customers and will continue to bring you the best luxury at most competitive prices.

We have over five distribution centres located all over Europe including: Italy, France, Germany, Sweden and Estonia. 

As we grow, we will continue to expand globally and bring in the most luxury collections released by the biggest luxury brands available. 

How do I shop at Sendegaro.com

There are several ways to browse sendegaro.com. You may explore our homepage features or visit the navigation bar found at the top of every page. Simply click on the drop-down to access our drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit categories, such as Women, Men and Plus-Size. Within each category, you will find subcategories to further refine your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for.

 
If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to find products by name, colour, category or style.
 
When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to shopping bag". Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on "Checkout" to be led through the checkout process. What payment methods can I use?

Sendegaro accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
  • PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
  • Four: Buy now, payer later. Split your payment into 4 equal payments. No Credit Impact, No Interest, No Credit Check. Receive your order up-front and pay over time.
  • Sezzle: Take a Break Now. Pay Later. Get what you want now, pay in 4 over 6 weeks. 0% interest. 
  • AmazonPay: Use your Amazon account to checkout easily & securely.
  • Revolut: Coming soon!

          How do I place an order?

          Depending on availability and shipping address, purchases may be made either directly through sendegaro.com or through the assistance of our online chat support where you can be assisted by one of our team members from the customer-care team.

          Can I cancel or modify my order?

          If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to our customer care team at customercare@sendegaro.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However,  please notice that, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

          If you have received your order and need to return it please refer to the return instructions included with your shipment. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund or an exchange as requested.

          What are the benefits of creating a Sendegaro account?

          Creating a Sendegaro account allows you to:

          Why is my order not being accepted?

          To ensure the best and easiest of experience for our customers, we ask you to make sure that the address you are entering in the "Billing" field is the address that is registered with your bank and the address where you receive your bank statements. If the system still doesn't accept your order, please contact your bank and then contact us by e-mail at customercare@sendegaro.com and we will be glad to assist you.
